Most of us "need" a good ol' cup of joe in the morning to get our day started. Coffee helps wake up the mind and body, it helps you deal with your children, your boss and any other obstacles in the day. What you probably didn't know is that coffee can also save your life - literally!
Harvard School of Public Health researchers surveyed more than 250,000 Americans over a span of 28 years. They asked them questions regarding their diet and coffee consumption. After analyzing their rates of disease and death, they found that among non-smokers, those who drank between three and five cups of java daily were 15 percent less likely to die of any cause than those who didn't get down with java on a daily.
