    What is your return policy?

    Our greatest goal is for you to be satisfied! If you are not happy with your purchase or if there was an error with you order you may send back your product(s) within 15 days of receiving it.

    Please note that we offer free return shipping for all products only if the return is due to manufacturer’s defect or The Green Life's error. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

    For information on how to send the package back, please see below:

    1. Contact our Customer Care Specialist within 15 days of the original purchase at support@shopthegreenlife.com. Please provide the order number and reason for return in your email.

    2. Our Customer Care Specialists will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and email you detailed return instructions with a return-shipping* label.

    3. Clearly write and/or affix the RA# on the package and return to the address specified in the email.

    4. The original method of payment used to place the order will be credited the purchase price, excluding shipping costs once the item is received at our warehouse.

    5. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.
